Competitors were intensely accelerating within the market of a $270 million largely untapped segment. The goal was to develop a self-serving portal for this targeted audience to increase the client's shares and sales.
There was a high volume of loan applications and technical support needs. The credit analysts' loan application process was tedious and time-consuming. They needed to estimate individual loans' profitability for lenders by exploring the relationships between impact and risk-adjusted financial return.
